State of Hawaii did not like John DiVirgilio's idea of forming a Martial Arts University and filed to
close the startup school before it could take off and do some good.   Conclusion: DON'T OPEN

if there is somebody in another place place (state/country) that has suceeded in form a martial
arts college.
